Job Description:
We are a fast-growing AI agency that builds custom AI agents and intelligent automation solutions tailored to the needs of modern businesses. From customer support automation to lead generation and internal task optimization, our mission is to create smart, scalable systems that solve real-world problems.
We’re currently looking for a skilled automation engineer who is experienced with n8n and AI tools like OpenAI/GPT, and who can help us design and implement these systems from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
Build custom AI agents and automation workflows using n8n
Integrate APIs, tools, and external data sources
Optimize agents to perform tasks like lead generation, email handling, data retrieval, and customer support
Collaborate on creative ideas, test functionality, and iterate on improvements
Think strategically about how AI tools can solve specific pain points for small and mid-sized businesses
Partnership Terms:
Initial profit-sharing model: You’ll earn a percentage of revenue from each client project you contribute to
Opportunity to grow into a core technical partner of the company
Potential for base pay + higher revenue share after proven results
Skill Assessment
Because this is a key technical position in our agency, we kindly ask all shortlisted applicants to complete a small, unpaid project-based assessment. This task is clearly defined, practical, and designed to take just a few hours. It will help us fairly evaluate your problem-solving and automation design skills. Successful applicants will be offered a partnership and paid work immediately after.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
Proven experience building workflows in n8n (or similar tools like Zapier or Make)
Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and logic design
Experience using OpenAI/GPT or other LLMs in automations
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot creatively, and deliver clean solutions
Interest in long-term collaboration within a startup environment
